INVITATION LETTER
Meeting invitation letters requested to be submitted to the institutions for the participation shall be sent to the participants by the organization secretariat. The letters can be used only for permission purposes.

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
All participants who have registered to the meeting shall receive a certificate of participation.

REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION DESK
During the meeting, the “support desk” will actively serve on meeting center.
