*For trainee registration, a proof of your status (confirmation letter from your head of department) will be requested upon registration.

  • 20% VAT will be added to all registration fees. In case of tax change, it will be reflected in the price.
  • In Person Attendance Registration Fee included: participation scientific programme, name badges, certificate of participation, abstract book, notepad, pen.
  • Virtual Attendance Registration Fee includes online participation in scientific meetings and certificate of participation. Scientific program sessions will only be broadcast live. Sessions cannot be watched later.
  • Please note that for wire transfer to the congress official bank account, the payment should be free of any bank deductions. The bank transfer fees should be covered and paid by the participants. In case of any deduction from the final amount reached to the congress official bank account, the participant will be asked to pay the discrepancy.
  • In order for the congress registrations to take place, the payment must be made on the specified date and approved by the organization agency, based on the payment information given by contacting the organization agency.

  • 10% VAT will be added to all accommodation fees. In case of tax change, it will be reflected in the price.
  • Accommodation double room difference is 50 Euro + VAT for 1 night.
  • “2 Nights Accommodation Package” prices include bed and breakfast between 3rd and 5th May 2024.
  • Check-in at 14:00 in the afternoon, check-out before 12:00 in the afternoon.

  • Regarding your accommodation requests, you will be informed about the availability of the hotels.
  • Hotels are 10 minutes walking distance from the Haliç Congress Center.

  • Since there are differences depending on the accommodation facility for all companions who will stay in the same room with the participant, it is necessary to apply to D Event Tourism in writing at least 7 days in advance to learn the conditions of companion accommodation. Otherwise, D Event Tourism cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise.

 

TRANSPORTATION

  • 20% VAT will be added to all transfer fees. In case of tax change, it will be reflected in the price.
  • From İstanbul İnternational airport to the congress hotel transfers will be between the 3rd – 5th May 2024, for all participants who notified in advance the transportation hours to Organization Agency before.
  • In case of time changes for transfers, please inform us at least 72 hours before your flight.
  • Please contact with Organization Agency for all your private transfer requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellations should be submitted in writing to D Event Tourism istanbul1@devent.com.tr. For cancellation of registration,accommodation, transportation and/or any sponsorship made before November 1, 2023, %10 of the total amount paid and any probable bank transfer charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be granted for any cancellation after November 1, 2023.
  • Refunds for cancellations made before this date will be paid to the accounts notified via bank within 60 days from the start date of the organization.
